We welcome proposals for contributions to the conference
The main language of the conference is English. It is possible to submit a proposal and make your presentation in any other European language, and we hope that there will be several presentations in the Nordic languages. The language in which each proposal is presented will be indicated in the program. Proposals should be submitted in the language of the presentation. As far as possible, we will try to group sessions according to language.
We expect to be able to host between 170 and 190 presentations.
You can choose between five different types of presentations.
Your proposal must address at least one of the six themes.
Note that your proposal should be written in two formats. Part 1: The full abstract for the website program (250-300 words). Part 2: A short summary for the paper version of the conference file for all participants (max. 150 words).
The Organizing Committee will review all proposals submitted by the deadline given (see Important dates for presenters). Proposers will be informed of acceptance or rejection of their proposal by the given date (see Important dates for presenters) at the latest. The Committee reserves the right to decide – in the case of oral presentations and posters – the final format of the presentation.
After receiving the acceptance of the proposal, it is required that at least one of its authors registers for the conference and presents their work. Should the proposal be rejected, the author may request a refund of the registration fee.
Certificates of presentation will be given to all persons who are registered for the conference and give a presentation.
The final program will be published in the “Program” section of this website at the end of May 2019.
